Downstairs cafe, fully kitted out for cold food prep, with tables & chairs seats 20. The studio / projection room with no natural light, toilets, wash basins. Disabled access & toilet is on the ground floor only.

Maximum capacity of the workshop space is 100, the main room seats 50 & up to 30 can stay as follows :

indoor camping, sleeps 17

bring own camping mat, pillowcase & sleeping bag on bedding platform & 1st floor room

6 shared rooms, sleeps 13 in single beds

bring own sheet, pillowcase & sleeping bag

Use of the pebbled yard, full sun in daytime & you can hire 14ft yurt with wood burning stove at extra cost £100 plus VAT
